Who organizes the course?
The course is run by Wekas Gaba and payment is processed by its cooperative Smart Bildungswerk gGmbH. If your data, in particular your e-mail address, is correct, Smart Bildungswerk gGmbH will send you an individual confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided. This will only take place after the minimum number of participants has been reached and/or any open questions have been fully answered.

How do I pay the course fees?
After confirmation of the order on your behalf, Smart Bildungswerk gGmbH will invoice you for payment.

When do I pay the course fees?
The course fees should be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the course, otherwise the registration will expire.

What happens if there are too few registrations?
If a course does not take place, e.g. due to too few registered participants, it will usually be postponed and the best possible efforts will be made to ensure that the course takes place.

Can I cancel the course?
It is only possible to cancel attendance courses without giving reasons up to 7 days before the start of the course at the latest. The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies to online courses, unless the course is scheduled to start within 14 days of registration.

Will my course fees be refunded?
Yes, except for the registration fee. The registration fee is 9% of the total price and is non-refundable.
